Tuesday – Sunday, 12:00–20:00 (ticket sales until 19:00).

Group and school visits are booked on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00: +381 60 3398 017.
Parking
The museum has no car park of its own. Nearby are the “Pionirski park” garage (Dragoslava Jovanovića 2) and the “Politika” car park (Makedonska 29).

Konak of Prince Miloš

Temporarily closed for technical reasons.

The Konak has no car park of its own, but the car park of the “Milošev konak” restaurant is nearby.

Visitor rules

General rules

  • We ask visitors to behave decently during their stay in the museum and with respect towards the exhibits on display, the staff and other visitors.
  • Photography is allowed without flash; video recording is not permitted.
  • Bringing in or consuming food and drink, and bringing pets, is not permitted.
  • Displaying insignia of an offensive or discriminatory nature, on any grounds, is not permitted.

For group visits

  • The group leader is responsible for the conduct of the group and each of its members.
  • All groups must be announced in advance; otherwise the museum reserves the right to decide on admission.
  • Guided tours are conducted exclusively by guides of the Serbian Historical Museum, except with special approval of the director.

Accessibility

We are working to make our spaces accessible to all visitors.

The museum's exhibition space is accessible to users of wheelchairs and prams.

Please ask a member of the security staff for assistance in using the lift.

The upper floor of the Konak of Prince Miloš is not accessible to users of wheelchairs and prams, owing to the particular nature of the building itself.
